Really helpful, straightforward buying experience - can't speak highly enough. From first contact to the day we collected our car every question was fully and carefully answered - despite there being a few! We bought our car unseen (in the flesh at least - a personalised video was sent over promptly when requested), our confidence based on their open responses and reviews by others. We were not disappointed! The car was exactly as described and as the images sent over. We have had our car for about 4 weeks now and couldn't be happier. We needed a tow bar and had concerns about the fitting and wiring of this into the car (not a factory option originally, despite being type approved, and read may horror stories on line)...but Adam checked things out with their trusted fitter and not only assured us all would be well but arranged for the fitting in advance ready for us to collect! Even their advice on how to sell our previous car turned out to be correct and yielded far more than we had been offered as part ex elsewhere! Its hard to imagine how the service and support we received could be improved on. It's what you would hope to get from a factory dealer - but this rarely seems to be the case. Autoselect are exemplars on how car purchasing can and should be. Thank you so much!

Autoselect is a father & Son dealership. Adam and Keith are very knowledgable on the cars that they sell and the whole selling process from start to finish was a pleasure. I travelled up from the SW to Leominster twice to make the purchase as I wanted to see the car in person. I spent some time looking over the other cars that they have on offer, and they were all exceptionally clean and mark free for the year.
